ジャパニーズウイスキーの樽で三年以上の熟成を重ねた、世界でも類を見ない特別なアマーロ。
グラスに注ぐと、まず立ち上がるのはシナモンやオレンジピールのやさしく温かな香り。
続いてビターチョコレートを思わせる奥行きのある苦味が広がり、
豊潤なハーブのニュアンスと樽熟成由来の深い余韻が、静かに、しかし確かに調和していきます。
本作はシングルカスクでボトリングされており、一樽ごとに香味の表情が異なる、まさに“一期一会”のアマーロです。
生産本数もわずか約270本前後と極めて限られており、
その希少性と完成度の高さから、海外の愛好家からも高い評価を受けています。
また本作のラベルイラストは、伊勢屋酒造代表・元永が描き下ろした原画をもとに制作されたものです。
自身の畑や植物、時間の流れをモチーフに、
SCARLETが大切にしてきた薬草酒の世界観を視覚的に表現しています。

A truly unique amaro, matured for over three years in Japanese whisky casks

As it is poured into the glass, gentle and comforting aromas of cinnamon and orange peel rise first.
They are followed by a deep, bittersweet character reminiscent of dark chocolate,
unfolding into rich herbal nuances and a profound, lingering finish born from cask aging—
quietly, yet unmistakably, coming together in perfect harmony.
This release is bottled from a single cask, and each barrel carries its own distinct aromatic profile,
making every bottle a true “once-in-a-lifetime encounter.”
With a production of only around 270 bottles, it is extremely limited,
and its rarity and exceptional quality have earned high praise from enthusiasts overseas.
The label artwork is based on an original illustration created by Motonaga, representative of Iseya Distillery.
Drawing inspiration from his own fields, plants, and the passage of time,
it visually expresses the world of herbal liqueurs that SCARLET has long cherished.
